This full-time position is based in our Bonnyville office and offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow long-term in a supportive, professional environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — whether in person or by phone — and provide behind-the-scenes support to ensure our advisors can focus on what they do best: helping clients reach their financial goals.

🧩 Responsibilities

  • Greet clients in person and over the phone with warmth and professionalism.
  • Support a busy office with proactive, organized administrative assistance.
  • Managing Advisor calendars and prepping for client meetings.
  • Keep our CRM system up-to-date with accurate, timely documentation of client interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate, well-organized client files and CRM records.
  • Handling confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensuring client documents are processed with precision and timeliness.
  • Assisting with communications—crafting client messages and maintaining brand voice.
  • Supporting our online presence through website and social media updates.

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Bonus: familiarity with CRM systems, financial services, or social media
  • Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
